Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original tags are still attached to the garments.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
